Current collaboration technology and its application in classroom group

I have used many different collaboration technologies to complete groupwork. One technology mainly used for scheduling has been text messaging. I find text messaging very helpful and convenient in setting up times to meet.

Another collaboration technology that has been helpful is Google Docs. I use this application in almost every group project I do. It is an easy way to have up to date information and documents.
